Last year I worked with one of the two ‘big-box home improvement’ stores for installation services to remove and replace flooring in my mother’s home. The whole
experience was a real hassle and caused much frustration for me. Several months later I purchased a home that needed new wood flooring in all of the bedrooms to match an exotic hardwood already installed in the rest of the home. Friends of mine recommended Kris Kelley of ‘Expert Flooring Tampa’.
Kris promptly went to work searching for the wood that would match my existing floor and found the exact match at a price that was less than the big stores could offer. The installation occurred when Kris promised and the final result was a floor that blended perfectly with the existing hardwood already in the home. I know that I can rest assured that if I ever have an issue Kris will personally make sure everything will be taken care of to my complete satisfaction. Next project for Kris will be my kitchen tile back splash and my master bath shower and floor!
